WeTransfer presents new mobile app to express and share ideas

Available for iOS in the app store worldwide today

WeTransfer is the simplest way to send your files around the world. Over 40 million people use WeTransfer every month to share creative ideas. The company is extending its offerings with the new WeTransfer app - a simple way to express and share your creative ideas.

- Use it to collect pictures, movies, documents, or songs from any app.

- Organize and view on beautiful boards from wherever you happen to be.

- Easily share boards of unlimited size with colleagues, friends or family.

The WeTransfer app is making the sharing of visual and more varied content easier for everyone. It can help you create a mood board for a client, inspire the wedding of your dreams, compose a storyboard for a video, or plan your fiscal year. Boards of any size can be shared by email, text or through any channel, like Slack or WhatsApp, right from the app. What’s more, users can receive WeTransfer files on the app and instantly view them as visual boards.

Nalden, co-founder and CIO WeTransfer, says: “At WeTransfer we are all about enabling people to share their creative ideas in the most effortless way. The new WeTransfer app removes any hurdles to collect & share different file types and facilitates a beautiful and easy workflow on mobile.”

The launch of the new app marks an important milestone for WeTransfer, as the company is evolving from a file-sharing service to one that provides a wider set of tools for creative minds.

Nalden: “We are working towards becoming an indispensable service in the creative process; from getting inspiration on our editorial platform This Works to sharing and presenting the final work via WeTransfer.”
