Handle feedback inside Previews

Stay in control, even after you hit sendUpdate who can access your restricted transfers anytime, right from the transfer details page. Because sometimes plans change post send.
Bring a little personality to your transfersCustomize your transfers with a background image, color, and personal message. Whether you’re sharing client work or sending ideas to collaborators, make your transfers reflect your style. After all, if the work feels like you, the handoff should too.
Keep tabs on your transfersGet a detailed timeline of previews and downloads per recipient by sharing with Access control set to Tracked or Restricted. For a quick glance at how your transfer’s landing, open any transfer from your transfers list to see a running tally of total previews and downloads.
All the right tools in all the right placesClick on any transfer to quickly check key details and adjust settings, edit backgrounds, or preview files all in one place. Expired transfers are included too, so you can always remember what went where. Think of it as your transfer workshop. Except, unlike a real workshop, this one’s always clean and tidy and your transfer tools are always right where you left them.
Unstoppable uploadsLost connection? Laptop randomly hyperventilating again? Accidentally closed all your tabs? No stress. Uploads now pick up where they left off if your internet drops or your page reloads, so you don’t have to start over. Your progress is saved, and your upload gets going again when you’re back online.
Tease your transfersSometimes a sneak peek is all you want to share. With the new Preview only setting, you control whether recipients can download the original file in full resolution, or only view it as a preview. This means you decide how your content is viewed and downloaded—plus it’s a great way to keep multiple versions under control (no more final_FINAL_FINALLLL files on your desktop).
Spot those red flagsFinally—a relationship where you know what went wrong. We’ve strengthened overall service reliability to keep your transfers moving, even in less-than-ideal conditions. Smart alerts flag issues like weak internet connectivity early, helping you fix them before they interrupt your workflow.
- Rescue that link
'This link has expired' used to mean it’s over, now you get a second chance. You can recover expired transfers for up to a year. Get your files without asking for a new link, as long as the sender enables ‘Recoverable’ when sharing.
- Keep your inbox in check
Take control of your inbox—you can now decide exactly which transfer-related emails you receive. Keep the notifications that matter, silence the ones that don’t, and stay in control of how often we land in your inbox.
Speedier sendsYour transfers get a head start with uploads now beginning the moment you add a file in WeTransfer, rather than only starting after you hit ‘Send’. With less waiting and smoother sharing, you can get more transfers done in less time—share away!
- Curate your downloaders
The new ‘Restricted’ option puts you in full control—only the recipients you choose can access your files. You’ll get a detailed notification each time your transfer is downloaded, so you always know what’s happening with your files.
- Clean files only
No need to hesitate when hitting ‘Download’—every transfer is now automatically scanned with advanced anti-malware technology. We use sophisticated tools to keep harmful files at bay, so you can get to your files worry-free.
