Your account's Transfers panel

You can review and manage all your transfers — sent and received — from the Transfers tab at the top of your account.

Sent panel

When you click on Transfers in the navigation bar, you'll land on your Sent panel first. Here you can view and manage all your active transfers. For each transfer, you can:

  • Delete it by tapping Delete.
  • Change the expiration date using the calendar (available dates depend on your plan).
  • Track how many times the transfer has been downloaded.
  • Forward it to anyone.
  • Edit the transfer files.
  • Edit extra settings, such as preview and download permissions, or set a password to control who has access.

Received panel

Transfers sent to you via your account's email address or via your WeTransfer page will appear under the Received panel. You'll find a chronological list of transfers named after the sender, along with when each one arrived, when it expires, and whether you've already downloaded it. By hovering over a transfer, you can preview it, edit its title, delete it, or copy the link.

Missing a transfer?

If you can't find a specific transfer, it may have expired. Once a transfer expires, it's removed from the overview and can no longer be downloaded, unless the sender enabled the Recoverable option when sending.
