How do I sync my Collect content across multiple devices?

With a Collect account, your boards are automatically backed up in the cloud. If you do not have an account, they are not stored.

Collect is available for download on the App Store for iOS devices, the Google Play store for Android devices, as well as through the web if you're using a computer.

You can check whether you have an account by visiting the Account tab of your app. If you can see the option to Sign in there, you currently do not have an account set up on this copy of the app.

When you upload files without an account they are not automatically backed up in the cloud. Each image in the app is unique to that copy of the app. So, uninstalling the app on mobile means that all your unsynced content is gone from your device, and there's no way to access it again.

Without an account, we do not store your personal information and we won't be able to carry over the files to your new devices or different copies of the app.

Sign in where you have the boards saved. Wait for your boards to automatically sync (the cloud icon on each board indicates this), then sign into the Collect app on your new device.

With a free account you can sync up to 5GB; with Collect Pro you can sync up to 200GB.

Your files are encrypted with TLS when they're being transferred and with AES-256 when they are stored.
