How do I cancel my Collect Pro subscription?

Currently, you can only manage your Collect Pro subscription through the Collect mobile app.

What happens when you cancel

  • After you've canceled your Collect Pro subscription, you still have access to Collect Pro for the full duration of the subscription you've already paid for.
  • After your Collect Pro subscription ends, you're given 16 days to organize your items and save anything you may want to keep to your device's storage.
  • After those 16 days, the items you had synced to your Collect Pro storage are wiped from our servers.
  • Once your subscription ends, all the items in your Collect account that aren't properly backed up will be highlighted in red, so they're easy to identify.

Canceling on Apple (iOS)

  1. Open Subscriptions on your mobile device.
  2. Tap Collect.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial. If you see 'Your subscription will expire soon' or 'Your subscription has expired', it's canceled and won't renew.

Canceling on Android

  1. Open the app.
  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > select Collect.
  4. Tap Cancel subscription.
  5. Follow the instructions.
