By default, your boards are private, but you can share your boards with anyone. Only the people you choose to share your link with will be able to access them.
Sharing on mobile
- Navigate to the board you want to share, hit the Share button from either the board overview or within the board itself.
- A window will pop up giving you the option to share with view access, or edit and view access.
- Once you've selected the option that works best for you, a share sheet will pop up that lets you select exactly where and how you'd like to share the board.
- When someone joins your board for the first time, we'll send you an in-app notification.
Sharing on web
Open the board you'd like to share, and hit the Share button in the top right corner. The link to the board will be copied to your clipboard. You can then paste the link and share it with others.
Sharing options
- View only — a shareable link that lets people look at the board's contents, but they can't edit it in any way.
- Edit and view — a shareable link that lets people both view and edit the board's contents.
- Shared boards will have the initials of the people who have joined the board.
Unsharing a board
Currently it's not possible to unshare a board and make it private again. If you're the owner of a board and no longer want it to be shared, you can create a new private board and move the contents of the shared board to the new private one.
