- A fresh start may solve this for you. Force close the app or restart your device, and try the download once more.
- Make sure the Collect app is updated to the newest version. If you're in a browser, make sure it is updated to its newest version.
- Make sure your device's operating system is updated to the newest version.
- Check your internet connection. We would advise you to use WiFi instead of mobile data. Restart your modem/router.
- Make sure you have enough storage space left on your device to download the files.
