Free Collect accounts and Collect Pro

You don't need an account to use the free version of Collect's mobile application, but if you have an account you benefit from cloud backup.

Using the app without an account

• You can check whether you have an account by visiting the Account tab of your app. If you can see the option to Sign in there, you currently do not have an account set up on this copy of the app.
• When you upload files without an account, they are not automatically backed up in the cloud. Each image in the app is unique to that copy of the app.
• Without an account, we do not store your personal information and we won't be able to carry over the files to your new devices or different copies of the app.

Signing up

1. Open the app and go to the Account tab in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
2. Select Create account and choose your preferred login method.

Once you create an account, all boards you created on that device are automatically linked to your new account. Once you've created your account, all the shared boards on your device are saved to the account and will no longer be visible in the app when signed out.

Collect free and Collect Pro

• With an account, all of your boards will be backed up to the cloud, up to 5GB — you can access them across multiple devices.
• If you need more than 5 GB in Collect boards, Collect Pro is for you, with up to 200GB.
• To see how much space you have left, navigate to the Account tab on your mobile device, or click your name in the top right corner on Collect web.
• To try Pro, open the app on your mobile device, go to the Account tab, and select Upgrade to Pro.
• It's not possible to sign up for Pro from a browser.
