If you haven't used Collect in a while, your account can expire.

Currently, Collect accounts expire after one year of inactivity.

If you have not logged in or interacted with your account (adding or removing files) within that time frame, your account will be deleted.

There's no way for us to recover your account after it's been deleted.

You'll receive email reminders one month, one week, and one day before your account expires.

If you haven't used Collect in a while, your account can expire. After one year of inactivity, your account is deleted and content can't be recovered.
