Switching from a mobile app store subscription to a website subscription

To switch from a mobile app store subscription to paying through our website, you'll need to cancel your current mobile subscription and re-subscribe through the website.

How to switch

  1. First, cancel your mobile app store subscription. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  2. Then subscribe directly through our website at wetransfer.com/pricing.

You'll still be able to log in to the app with your new details. But managing your shared workspace is only supported via the website.
