How the rolling transfer window works
Your transfer limit is calculated based on the transfers you've sent in the last 30 days — not a fixed calendar month. This means allowance is unlocked on a rolling basis as transfers fall outside the 30-day window.
For example: if you send 2 transfers on the 1st and 8 more on the 15th, you'll unlock 2 slots again on the 1st of the following month, and 8 more on the 15th.
Checking your remaining allowance
You can see how many transfers you have left in two places:
- Hover over your account email in the top-right corner of the website.
- Go to the Transfers tab and look under the Sent section.
If you reach the limit and need to send more transfers, the Ultimate plan might meet your needs.
Speeds
There is no difference in upload or download speed between a Free account and a paid subscription. Speeds depend on your internet connection, not your plan.
