You need to complete your payment through our online payment process. That's the only way your WeTransfer subscription will become active.
Supported payment methods
- PayPal
- Credit card
- Localized methods such as iDEAL and SOFORT (for some countries).
What's not supported
Direct bank payments are not supported, as completing a payment online is necessary to get your subscription up and running. It's not currently possible to pay via direct debit or bank transfer, unless you sign up for a custom Enterprise plan.
After paying, you'll receive an invoice directly into your account, and your WeTransfer subscription will be activated.
