If you purchased a subscription on the App Store, all changes to your subscription must be made via the app.
Changes happen in-app
You can subscribe, upgrade, or switch billing period all from within the app. This is because subscriptions created via the App Store are also managed by the App Store, and we do not have the ability to make changes to the subscription — it's a limitation imposed by Apple.
Cancellations and refunds
- If you wish to cancel your subscription, follow Apple's instructions for canceling subscriptions.
- If you want to request a refund, go through Apple's refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What's different on our website
Your account options on our website will appear slightly differently. The options for changing Billing Information and viewing Receipts have been removed, while Payments will now link you to the App Store.
Creating a new subscription
You can create a new subscription from within the app by tapping the Upgrade link in your Account menu (accessed by tapping your avatar in the bottom right of the screen). Select the plan that's right for you, and you'll be redirected to the App Store to complete your payment.
