You can change your WeTransfer subscription plan from the website at any time.
Upgrading your plan
- Log into your paid account on the WeTransfer website.
- Click on your Workspace name > Account settings > Plan and payment.
- Tap Manage plan > Upgrade.
- Confirm your selection and complete any payment adjustments if needed.
The new subscription will be activated immediately, and you'll be credited the difference in price.
Downgrading your subscription
- Log into your paid account and navigate to your workspace name > Account settings > Plan and payment.
- Click on the Switch plan button if you wish to downgrade to a lower-tier plan.
- Review the benefits you will lose and confirm the change.
The newly selected plan will be activated automatically once your current billing cycle ends.
Changing your billing cycle from monthly to yearly
- Log into your paid account on the WeTransfer website.
- Click on your Workspace name > Account settings > Plan and payment.
- Tap Manage plan > Switch billing cycle.
You will be charged the difference between the cost of our annual plan and the remaining time on your monthly subscription. You'll begin a new billing cycle starting from the date you process the switch.
It is not possible to modify your subscription billing cycle if you are already on a yearly plan. In this case, unsubscribe from the current plan and wait for it to expire. Once it has expired, subscribe again and select the correct billing period before completing your purchase.
