Money still matters, but not as much as you think.

  • The #1 indicator of success for agency folks is working with the best brands - more so than winning awards or making enough money.

  • Freelancers and content creators believe that cutting through the noise and being recognized for their uniqueness feels like winning.

Last year, one third of creatives changed jobs. In contrast, only 20% say they’ll be looking for something new this year and 15% are waiting to see if the recession impacts them.
