Networking is no longer an event you attend after work, it’s an always on behavior.

    From the agency world, only 32% got a raise last year, and even fewer – 26%(!) – got a bonus.

  • ~50%

    In the past year, at least half of creative professionals have either had a contract canceled or lost a client.

  • Content creators have seen the lowest number of salary increases in the past year.

About 60% of creatives believe that self-study – be it in person or online – is the the most efficient way to acquire a new skill. 50% also told us they see travel as a good way to improve their skills and sensibilities.
