When you request assistance from our Support Team, we'll sometimes ask you to send a screenshot or screen recording. Both are very helpful for understanding the problem you're facing.
Screenshots on Windows
- Entire screen: press Windows key + Print Screen (PrtScn). Screenshots are saved in Pictures > Screenshots by default.
- Partial or custom: use the Snipping Tool (Windows 10 and earlier) or Snip & Sketch (Windows 10 and 11).
Screenshots on Mac
- Entire screen: Command + Shift + 3. Saved to your desktop with a date-based filename.
- Selected area: Command + Shift + 4.
- Specific window: Command + Shift + 4, then press Spacebar.
Screen recording on Windows
- Press Windows key + G to open the Xbox Game Bar.
- Click Record or press Windows key + Alt + R to start recording.
- Recordings are saved in Videos > Captures by default.
Screen recording on Mac
Press Command + Shift + 5. You'll see options to record the entire screen or a selected portion.
Screen recording on iOS
Go to Settings > Control Center and add Screen Recording. Then open Control Center and tap the Screen Recording button (a dot inside a circle) to start and stop.
On Android, recording capabilities vary by device. If your device doesn't support native screen recording, consider third-party tools from the Google Play Store.
