How do I report an issue in the WeTransfer app?

You can contact our Support Team directly through the WeTransfer iOS or Android app. The app sends us a built-in diagnostics report automatically so we can help faster.

How to report from the app

  1. Open the WeTransfer app.
  2. Tap the profile icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
  3. Select Report an issue.
  4. Follow the prompts to send your message along with any relevant details.
  5. Tap Continue when ready. This will automatically open an email on your device's Mail app. Make sure it's set up with a working email address.

Please elaborate on the issue you're experiencing before sending. Without context, it can be difficult to identify the issue.

Built-in diagnostics

The WeTransfer app includes a built-in diagnostics report that's automatically sent to us when you follow the steps above. It provides all the technical information we need to assist you — you don't have to be an IT pro.

Contact us via the Help Center with:

  • A description of the issue you're experiencing.
  • A screen recording or screenshot of the error.
  • Confirmation of your app version and your iOS or Android version.
