Why doesn't my transfer overview show all my transfers?

If transfers are missing from your Sent panel, one of the following reasons is usually the cause.

Common causes

  • You're not logged into the correct account. Transfers are tied to the account used to send them. If you have multiple WeTransfer accounts, make sure you're logged in with the email address you used when sending.
  • Your account isn't verified. Transfers only appear in your Sent panel once your account has been verified. Complete email verification first.
  • Your transfers are no longer active or recoverable. Transfers must be either active or within their recovery window to appear in your Transfers panel.

Recovery windows

  • Files smaller than 256 MB can be recovered for up to one year after expiration.
  • Files larger than 256 MB can be recovered within 90 days after expiration.

If your transfer is still within its recovery window, you can restore it from the Sent panel. To extend expiration dates on active transfers, you can do so from the transfer settings.
