How do I manage my Contacts?

The Contacts panel of your WeTransfer account lets you save your recipients' details for easy use in the future.

Overview

  • To add a contact, click the Contacts button at the top of your screen in the navigation bar.
  • Once you're in the Contacts panel, click the Add Contact button.
  • To edit an entry, open up your Contacts panel, hover over your contact of choice, and choose Edit.
  • To delete someone, do the same and choose Delete.
  • You can easily add contacts from your contact list to a transfer by clicking on the plus (+) icon in front of each contact.
  • Once someone is in your Contact list, typing their name, email address, or domain name into the Email to field will surface them as a recipient suggestion for that transfer.
  • Groups of contacts let you save and manage groups of email recipients so you can send to multiple people more easily.
