Your shared workspace's transfer panel is organized by Sent, Requested, and Received panels.
Overview
- You can easily navigate among them to get quick access to all information about your transfers, both sent to and from your workspace.
- Transfers sent via branded pages have a default expiry date of 30 days.
- Each member can send transfers from their own email address.
The Sent panel
- Your Sent panel is where you can manage your storage or change your transfers' expiry date. You can also check if a transfer has been downloaded — just click on the transfer title.
- Only admins can see and manage all active transfers. Members can only see and manage the transfers they sent from their workspace email address.
Joining a shared workspace with an existing account
If a member invited to a shared workspace already has an existing individual WeTransfer account, they won't end up with two separate workspaces. Instead, they'll be defaulted to the shared workspace they've been added to.
After joining a shared workspace, members will no longer have access to or visibility of the transfers previously sent from their personal workspace, as these transfers are not migrated into the shared workspace.
Workspace admins will only be able to see the transfers the member has sent after joining the shared workspace.
The Received panel
- On the Received tab, you'll see a chronological list of each transfer that's been sent to you, named after the sender.
- You'll see when the transfer landed, when it expires, and whether you've already downloaded it.
- By hovering over a transfer, you can download, preview, or copy the link.
- Only admins can see all received transfers, including those uploaded through the shared workspace's branded page.
- Members can see only transfers received, requested, or sent by them.
- Only owners will receive email notifications of content sent to the workspace via the branded page.
