PARIS — 7 September, 2023 — WeTransfer, a leading provider of creative productivity tools, and renowned French illustrator Malika Favre are partnering to unveil exclusive digital artwork in the form of mobile and desktop wallpapers. Created in Favre’s signature style of bright colours and bold geometric shapes that have previously graced the covers of The New Yorker and Vogue, the new designs mark the pre-launch of an upcoming collection ‘Nested Lines’.

This exclusive release with WeTransfer is a first look at some of the designs developed by Favre as part of a new collection with furniture designer Alice Roux. The three drawings play with the idea of “nesting” geometric birds into the canvas and were drawn using a tight grid that echoes Roux’s furniture. What started as a one-off collaborative table quickly turned into a capsule collection, which is launching in the middle of September.

Malika Favre added: “I have had a long standing relationship with WeTransfer and WePresent over the course of my career and always admired their genuine support for artists internationally. I was thrilled when they enthusiastically agreed to partner with Nuorama, a new format of creative conferences that I am involved in. It felt like the perfect opportunity to experiment with their new “Drop” platform by sharing some exclusive artworks with the wider creative community.”

The digital wallpapers are available for download HERE for limited time until Thursday 14th September #WeTransferDrops

The digital artwork is the latest in a series ‘Drops’ where WeTransfer celebrates its long standing relationship with the creators who fuel the platform’s ecosystem. It involves partnerships with artists to develop bespoke experiences and exclusive content to be shared with their fans. Recent collaborators include British producer duo Jungle who chose WeTransfer to distribute exclusive artwork, video content and music stems as part of its global album launch.
