Telecoms work moves fast, and your clients expect deliverables that arrive cleanly, look professional, and stay secure. WeTransfer lets you send network documentation, technical proposals, contracts, and media assets directly to clients, with branded presentation, controlled access, and confirmation when your files land.
Send files to clients, stress-free
Delivering files to telecoms clients means more than hitting send. Whether you're sharing signal coverage reports, infrastructure diagrams, service agreements, or video demonstrations, WeTransfer sends every file exactly as you prepared it, with no compression and no quality loss. Clients can open the transfer in their browser and step through individual files before downloading, so a decision-maker can review a specific proposal section or a technical contact can check a diagram without pulling down an entire package. You can restrict access to named email addresses and add a password to any transfer, keeping pre-contract documents, pricing structures, or confidential rollout plans visible only to the right people. Enable download tracking and you receive a quiet notification when a client engages with your delivery, so your follow-up is always well-timed.
Our features are designed to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, so you can keep what's yours, yours.

All your questions answered.
WeTransfer handles any file type without altering it, including PDFs, Office documents, video demonstrations, network diagrams, CAD files, ZIP archives, and presentation decks. Files are sent in their original quality with no re-encoding or compression, so technical schematics and high-resolution media arrive exactly as you prepared them. You can also upload entire folders, and clients receive them with the original folder structure intact.
You can restrict any transfer to a specific list of email addresses, so only named recipients can open it after verifying their identity. You can also add a password that you share with your client separately, giving the transfer a second layer of protection. Both options are available on all plans and can be set before sending or adjusted from your transfer panel after the fact.
Yes. Recipients can open PDFs, images, video, and audio directly in their browser without downloading anything first. This lets a telecoms client review a specific document, play back a video walkthrough, or check an annotated diagram before committing to a full download. Clients can also leave comments on individual files and mark favourites, which keeps feedback consolidated rather than spread across email threads.
Enable download tracking when you create a transfer and WeTransfer sends you a notification as soon as a recipient downloads it. For email transfers, you can see a checkmark against each recipient's address in your transfer panel, along with the exact date and time they downloaded. That means you can follow up with context rather than guessing whether your files arrived.
On the Ultimate plan and above, you can brand individual transfers with a custom background image or colour and a description, and set up a WeTransfer page with your logo, custom subdomain, and branded email notifications. Transfer emails going to clients carry your visual identity rather than generic WeTransfer defaults. For teams handling multiple accounts and client relationships, the Teams plan adds shared branding across all members with centralised management.
