Not at all. WeTransfer sends your files exactly as they are, with no compression, re-encoding, or quality loss of any kind. Your client receives the same RAW file you uploaded, down to the last byte.
Free accounts support transfers up to 3 GB, which covers a modest shoot. On the Ultimate plan there's no transfer size limit, so you can send an entire session's worth of RAW files in one go without splitting anything up.
Clients can preview supported image formats directly in the browser before downloading. For RAW files that don't have a web-viewable format, you can include exported JPEGs or low-res previews alongside the originals so clients can review selects first. They can also leave comments and mark favorites on files they can preview.
You have two options. You can add a password to the transfer so only someone with that code can access the files, or you can restrict access to one or more specific email addresses. Both options are available on all plans and can be combined for extra peace of mind.
Yes. On the Ultimate plan you can customize individual transfers with your own background image or color and a personal description, and set up a branded WeTransfer page with your logo, custom subdomain, and branded email notifications.
