No. Recipients can download and preview transfers without creating an account or installing anything. They just open the link and download — no friction on their end.
You have two options. You can restrict access to specific email addresses, so only the people you name can open the transfer. You can also add a password to the transfer and share it with your client separately. Both options are available on all plans.
Clients can preview supported file types like images, PDFs, video, and audio directly in the browser before downloading. Native PSD files are not previewable in-browser, so if you want clients to review the work before downloading, consider including a flattened JPEG or PDF export alongside the PSD in the same transfer.
