Hospitality professionals need photo delivery that looks as polished as the properties they represent. WeTransfer sends full-resolution images to clients with no compression, no quality loss, and no complicated hoops for recipients to jump through.
Send files to clients, stress-free
When a client is reviewing room photography, venue shots, or event images, the way those files arrive shapes how the work is received. WeTransfer keeps every JPEG, TIFF, and high-resolution photo exactly as you shot and edited it, so nothing is softened or resized in transit. Clients can open the transfer in their browser, scroll through the images, leave comments on individual shots, and mark their favorites before downloading anything, giving you structured feedback without a separate tool. Password protection keeps pre-delivery selects private until you are ready to share, and you can restrict access to specific email addresses so confidential campaign imagery stays with the right contact only. Enable download tracking and you get a quiet notification the moment a client actually views the photos, so you always know where the approval process stands.

All your questions answered.
WeTransfer sends files exactly as they are, with no re-encoding, no resampling, and no resolution loss. Whether you are delivering high-resolution JPEGs, large TIFFs, or RAW files from a shoot at a property, the client receives precisely the same file you uploaded. Lossless compression is used only when packaging multiple files into a zip for download, and that process does not alter image data.
Yes. Recipients can open the transfer and view images directly in their browser without downloading a thing or creating an account. They can scroll through the full set of photos, leave comments on individual files, and mark favorites, which is useful when a hotel or events client needs to select hero shots from a larger delivery. Once they know what they want, they can download everything or just the files they need.
You have two layers of control available on all plans. Password protection lets you lock the transfer so only someone with the password can access it, and you share that password separately outside WeTransfer. Restricted access goes further: you specify the exact email addresses allowed to download, and anyone else who opens the link is turned away. For sensitive campaigns or embargoed imagery, combining both gives you a tight handoff.
Download tracking is available on all plans and works on both email and link transfers. Once you enable it before sending, you receive a notification when a recipient downloads the files. For email transfers, you can see a per-recipient status directly in your Transfers panel, including the exact date and time of download. That means no more chasing a client to confirm they received the shoot.
On an Ultimate plan, you can add a custom background image or color and a description to any individual transfer, which works well for presenting a property shoot or campaign gallery with some context and personality. You can also set up a branded WeTransfer page with your own subdomain, logo, and custom wallpapers, so every delivery clients receive carries your name rather than a neutral interface. Branded emails round out the experience, keeping your identity consistent from the first notification to the final download.
