Exporting from Figma is straightforward. Getting those files to your client in a way that feels polished and professional is where WeTransfer comes in. Share a clean download link, track when your client opens it, and keep full control over who can access your work.
Send files to clients, stress-free
Figma exports — whether that's a ZIP of assets, a PDF prototype, or a collection of handoff files — arrive exactly as you packaged them. No compression, no quality loss, nothing stripped out. Your client clicks a link and downloads straight away, no account or software needed on their end. Before you send, you can add a password or lock the transfer to a specific email address, which is worth doing when designs are confidential or not yet public. Enable download tracking and you get a clear timestamp of when your client accessed the files, so you're never left guessing whether they've seen your work. With the Ultimate plan, you can give each transfer its own branded look, set it to never expire, and recover it even if the link goes cold while a client is still in review.
Our features are designed to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, so you can keep what's yours, yours.

All your questions answered.
Upload your Figma exports to WeTransfer and either share the download link directly or send it straight to your client's inbox. Your client doesn't need a WeTransfer account to download anything — they just click and get the files. If you're sharing a large batch, you can upload a whole folder and it arrives with the original structure intact.
For most Figma handoffs — asset exports, PDFs, or ZIP archives — the free plan's 3 GB limit is more than enough. If you're delivering full asset libraries or multiple export batches at once, the Ultimate plan removes the size cap entirely, so you never have to split things up or ask a client to piece files together.
You have two options before you send. You can add a password to the transfer, which means anyone with the link still needs to enter the password to download. Or you can restrict access to one or more specific email addresses, so only those recipients can open the files at all. Both options are available on all plans.
Yes — just enable download tracking when you set up the transfer. WeTransfer records exactly when the files were downloaded and by whom, so you have a clear confirmation of receipt. It's especially handy when you're waiting on client feedback and need to know whether they've had a chance to look.
On the free plan, transfers expire after 3 days and can't be recovered once they're gone. On the Ultimate plan, you can set transfers to never expire, so clients can return to the files at any point. Ultimate also lets you recover expired transfers retroactively — even ones that expired before you upgraded — so nothing is permanently lost.
