Yes. Recipients do not need a WeTransfer account to download your ZIP. They click the link in the notification email, download the archive, and unzip it with whatever tool they already have. No sign-up prompt, no login wall.
On a free account you can send to up to 10 email addresses in a single transfer. Paid plans raise that to 50 recipients at once. If you need to share with a wider audience, you can also generate a link and paste it anywhere, with no recipient cap.
