Yes. For email transfers, your transfers panel shows a status for each recipient and marks a checkmark once they have downloaded, including the exact date and time when you hover over it. If you want more detailed tracking, you can enable download tracking on any transfer, which notifies you each time someone accesses your files. Both features are available across all plans.
