With a free account you can send directly to up to 10 email addresses in a single transfer. Paid plans raise that to 50 recipients at once. Each person receives their own download notification in their inbox, and none of the other recipients' addresses are visible to them, keeping your client relationships discreet.
No account is needed to download. Your client receives an email notification, clicks the download link inside it, and gets their files straight away. This removes any friction during time-sensitive moments like offer deadlines or exchange of contracts, where asking someone to register for a new service is the last thing you want.
Yes. When creating a transfer you can enable restricted access, which limits downloads to a specific list of email addresses you define. Anyone who opens the link but is not on that list cannot proceed. You can also add password protection as an additional layer, sharing the password with your recipient through a separate channel. Both options are available on all plans.
For email transfers, your Transfers panel shows a checkmark next to each recipient's address once they download, and hovering over it reveals the exact date and time. You can also enable download tracking before sending, which gives you a detailed notification each time someone accesses the files. This is especially useful for time-sensitive transactions where confirming receipt matters.
