Yes. WeTransfer sends files exactly as uploaded, with no re-encoding, compression, or reformatting applied. Your PPTX, PDF export, or Keynote file arrives on the other end in the same state it left yours, so embedded videos, custom fonts, and high-resolution graphics are all preserved.
You can add multiple recipients in a single email transfer and everyone receives their own download notification. Free accounts support up to 10 recipient addresses per transfer, and paid plans raise that to 50. Each person gets an individual link, so you can also track who has downloaded the deck and when.
Recipients can preview supported file types, including PDF and common Office formats, directly in the browser without downloading first. They can also leave comments on individual files in the preview, which makes it easy to collect slide-level feedback without a separate email chain.
Two options work well together. Adding a password means anyone who opens the link needs the code you share separately before they can download. Restricted access goes further: you specify a list of email addresses, and only people on that list can get through, even if the link is forwarded. Both are available on all plans.
On a free account, transfers are available for up to 3 days from the moment you send them. WeTransfer Ultimate lets you set a custom expiry window or keep the transfer active indefinitely, which is handy when a presentation needs to stay accessible for a longer review period or an asynchronous team.
