From event proposals and venue photography to menus, floor plans, and supplier contracts, hospitality work runs on files that need to reach the right people fast. Enter your recipients' email addresses, add a message, and WeTransfer sends each one a direct download notification with a link to exactly what you shared.
Deliver files to any inbox
Hospitality professionals move a constant stream of files between properties, clients, agencies, and vendors, and email attachments were never designed for that volume or weight. WeTransfer hosts your files and delivers a personal download notification to every address on your list, so a catering coordinator, an event planner, and a GM can all receive the same briefing pack without anyone chasing a forwarded chain. High-resolution venue photography, branded presentation decks, audio-visual specifications, PDF contracts, and layered design files all arrive exactly as you uploaded them, with no compression and no quality loss. A title and message field travels with every send, giving recipients the event name, booking reference, or handover note before they open anything. For sensitive materials like client contracts or confidential rate sheets, password protection and per-address access restrictions mean only the right people get through.
Our features are designed to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, so you can keep what's yours, yours.

All your questions answered.
WeTransfer handles any file type you work with in hospitality: high-resolution venue photos, event floor plans, CAD layouts, branded PDF proposals, catering menus, AV spec sheets, PowerPoint presentations, ZIP archives of signage assets, and more. Files are delivered in their original quality with no re-encoding or compression, so a photographer's RAW images or a designer's print-ready PDF arrive exactly as they left your machine.
No account is needed to download. Your client, venue partner, or supplier simply clicks the download link in the notification email WeTransfer sends them and gets the files straight away. Only the person sending the transfer needs an account, which keeps things frictionless for everyone on the receiving end.
On a free account, you can send to up to 10 email addresses in a single transfer. Paid plans raise that to up to 50 recipients per email transfer, which covers most team distributions, agency briefings, or multi-property rollouts. If you need to reach a larger or open audience, a shareable link transfer has no recipient cap.
Yes. You can lock any transfer with a password that you share with recipients separately, so anyone without it cannot download the files. You can also restrict access to a specific list of email addresses, meaning only those contacts can get through even if the link is forwarded. Both options are available across all WeTransfer plans.
WeTransfer tracks download activity on every email transfer. In your Transfers panel you can see which recipients have downloaded and when, so you always know whether a client has picked up the event brief or a supplier has received the updated specifications. You can also enable tracked downloads on link transfers, where recipients verify their email before accessing the files and you receive a notification each time someone downloads.
