Yes. WeTransfer uploads entire folders as-is, so recipients download them with the original structure intact, including any subfolders nested inside. Nothing is flattened, renamed, or reorganized during the transfer.
On a free account you can add up to 10 recipient addresses to a single email transfer. Paid plans raise that to 50 addresses. Everyone on the list gets their own download notification in their inbox, and they cannot see each other's addresses.
No account is needed on the recipient's side. They click the link in their notification email and download straight away. A WeTransfer account is only required for the person sending the transfer.
WeTransfer sends files in their original quality with no re-encoding and no resolution loss. When multiple files are packaged for download, lossless compression is used for the zip container, but the files themselves are not altered. What you upload is exactly what your recipients receive.
On the free plan, transfers are available for up to 3 days from the moment you send them. On Ultimate and above, you can set a custom expiry date or keep the transfer available indefinitely. If a transfer expires before a recipient downloads it, you can resend the link or re-upload from your Transfers panel.
