On a free account you can send to up to 10 recipients per email transfer. On paid plans that limit extends to 50 recipients per transfer. If you need to share with a larger audience beyond that, a link transfer gives you a single shareable URL with no recipient cap, which you can drop into a campaign email, a Slack channel, or a client portal.
Yes. WeTransfer does not re-encode, compress, or alter your files in any way. Videos arrive at the same resolution you exported them, PDFs retain every embedded font and colour profile, and design files land with their original data intact.
