Upload network diagrams, technical specs, configuration files, or contract documents to WeTransfer and get a shareable link the moment your upload is done. Paste it into a project email, a team chat, a vendor portal, or a client briefing, and anyone on the receiving end can download straight from their browser, no account required.
One link, instant access
Telecommunications work moves across a wide web of contacts: engineers, contractors, regulatory bodies, equipment vendors, and enterprise clients who all need access to the same files at different stages of a project. WeTransfer gives you a unique download link for every upload, so you can drop it into whatever channel the conversation is already happening on without changing how your team works. Files reach recipients exactly as you sent them, whether that is a dense RF planning spreadsheet, a multi-gigabyte network topology export, a CAD drawing, or a compliance PDF, with no compression and nothing altered. Recipients can preview supported file types directly in their browser before downloading, which helps engineers or procurement teams check that they have the right version without pulling down a large file unnecessarily. When a transfer contains sensitive commercial or technical data, you can add a password to the link or restrict access to a named list of email addresses, keeping it between the right people.
Our features are designed to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, so you can keep what's yours, yours.

All your questions answered.
Sign in to WeTransfer, click the link transfer option in the upload window, add your files, and click Transfer. Once the upload finishes, WeTransfer generates a unique URL you can copy and share immediately via email, a project management tool, a vendor portal, or anywhere else your team communicates. Anyone who receives the link can download directly from their browser without creating an account.
Yes. WeTransfer handles large and complex file types without modifying them, so CAD drawings, ZIP archives of configuration files, multi-sheet spreadsheets, and high-volume documentation packages all arrive exactly as you uploaded them. On a free account you can send up to 3 GB per transfer, while Ultimate and above remove the per-transfer size cap entirely, which suits the larger exports common in telecoms engineering projects.
Link transfers on WeTransfer have no recipient limit, so you can share one URL with an entire project team, a supplier network, or a regulatory contact list and everyone can download from the same link. If you prefer to send files directly to inboxes rather than sharing a link, email delivery supports up to 10 recipients on a free account and up to 50 on paid plans.
You have two options. Adding a password means only recipients who know it can open the transfer, and you share that password through a separate channel. Enabling restricted access locks the link to a specific list of email addresses, so anyone else who clicks it is turned away. Both options are available on all plans and can be set before uploading or adjusted from your Transfers panel after sending.
On the free plan, links expire after up to 3 days. Ultimate plan users can set a custom expiry, including keeping transfers active indefinitely, which is useful for ongoing infrastructure projects where files need to remain accessible across long timelines. If a link does expire on Ultimate, Teams, or Enterprise, you can recover the transfer rather than re-uploading the files.
