No. WeTransfer transfers every file exactly as you uploaded it, with no re-encoding, resampling, or color profile changes. Whether you are sharing straight-from-camera RAW files, full-resolution TIFFs, or layered PSDs, what your recipient downloads is identical to what you uploaded.
Yes. Add as many images as you need to a single transfer and WeTransfer generates one download link for the whole set. You can even upload an entire folder and recipients will get the files with your original folder structure intact when they download.
Yes. Recipients can open the link and browse previews of your images directly in the browser before downloading a single file. This is useful when you have sent a large shoot and the client only wants to pull down selected images rather than the whole batch.
You have two options. Adding a password to your transfer means only people who know it can get through to the download. Alternatively, restricted access lets you specify a list of email addresses, and anyone else who opens the link will be turned away. Both options are available on all plans.
Yes. Your transfers panel shows whether each transfer has been downloaded. You can also enable download tracking before sending, which records who downloaded and when, so you know if a client or collaborator has received the files you sent.
