Upload your presentation to WeTransfer and get a shareable link you can post anywhere, a course page, a group chat, a staff email, or a virtual classroom. Anyone you send it to can download or preview the slides straight from their browser, no account required on their end.
One link, instant access
Educators and trainers spend time creating presentations, not troubleshooting how to deliver them. WeTransfer turns any presentation file into a shareable download link the moment the upload finishes, so you can get slides into students' or colleagues' hands through whatever channel you already use. Your files arrive exactly as built, with no re-encoding or compression that could break animations, embedded fonts, or speaker notes. Recipients can preview slides directly in the browser before downloading, which is handy when you have shared a bundle and someone only needs one deck from it. If you are distributing sensitive material, such as an upcoming assessment or a staff briefing, you can add a password to the link or restrict downloads to a specific list of email addresses.
Our features are designed to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, so you can keep what's yours, yours.

All your questions answered.
Sign in to WeTransfer, upload your presentation file or the whole folder if you have multiple decks, and click Transfer. Once the upload completes, switch to link mode before sending and WeTransfer generates a unique URL you can copy and paste anywhere: a learning management system, an email, a class chat, or a course announcement. Students click the link and download directly, no account needed on their end.
Yes. WeTransfer sends files exactly as they are, with no compression, no conversion, and no changes to the file itself. Transitions, embedded fonts, speaker notes, and any media you have inserted stay intact. If you export your presentation as a PDF before sharing, students can also preview it directly in the browser before deciding to download.
A WeTransfer link has no recipient cap, so you can paste it into a forum post, a class announcement, or a shared calendar event and every student in the cohort can use the same URL to download. If you prefer to send via email instead, a paid plan lets you address up to 50 recipients at once from within WeTransfer.
Before sending, you can add a password that recipients must enter before the download page opens. For tighter control, the restricted access option lets you specify exact email addresses, so only people on that list can get through even if the link is forwarded. Both options are available on all plans and can be set or updated after the transfer is already sent.
Recipients can open a preview of supported file types, including PDFs and common Office formats, directly in the browser before downloading anything. This is useful in education when you have packaged several slide decks together and someone only needs one session's materials. They can also leave comments on individual files in the preview, which makes it practical for feedback on draft presentations or group project work.
