No, link-based transfers have no recipient limit. You can paste the same URL into a newsletter, post it publicly on social media, or send it to a single collaborator and everyone who clicks it can download. If you later decide the work should not be accessible anymore, you can delete the transfer from your account at any time and the link stops working immediately.
Never. WeTransfer sends files in their original quality, with no re-encoding, no resolution downscaling, and no compression of your actual content.
