Send your entire shoot in a single transfer

Photographers and videographers spend their time shooting, not managing file sends. Drop your whole shoot into WeTransfer — loose photos, RAW files, or organized folders — and share everything through one link. Recipients get your work exactly as you delivered it, folder structure and all.

Send your first transfer

Send everything at once

Sending a full shoot means handling dozens or hundreds of files, and WeTransfer is built for exactly that. Drag your photos into a single transfer — mixed formats, nested folders, entire card dumps — and everything goes out at once through one shareable link. Your folder structure travels with the files, so albums organized by scene, date, or subject arrive on the other end the same way you set them up. Every image is delivered in its original quality, whether that's a high-resolution JPEG, a TIFF, or a RAW file straight from your camera — no compression, no resampling, nothing changed. If clients or editors want to browse before committing to a full download, they can preview images directly in the browser and pull only the selects they need.

FAQs

All your questions answered.

Add your files by dragging them directly onto the WeTransfer transfer window, or click the plus button to select multiple photos and folders at once. WeTransfer uploads everything as a single transfer and preserves your folder structure, so a client downloading the package gets the same organization you put together — whether that's sorted by scene, lighting setup, or delivery stage. They receive one download link and can get everything in a single zip, or preview and download individual files separately.

Yes. WeTransfer does not re-encode, resample, or alter your image files in any way. A RAW file from your camera, a 16-bit TIFF from Lightroom, or a full-resolution JPEG arrives at the other end byte-for-byte identical to what you uploaded. The zip packaging WeTransfer uses for multi-file transfers is lossless, so nothing is stripped out during the bundling process either.

With a link transfer, you upload once and share that link with as many people as you like — via email, a messaging app, a client portal, or anywhere else. With email delivery, you can address the transfer to multiple recipients in one go. Either way, everyone downloads from the same transfer without you having to re-upload or send separate packages.

Yes. Recipients can open a browser preview and browse through images in the transfer without downloading anything first. Supported formats include JPEG, PNG, TIFF, HEIC, PSD, and a wide range of RAW formats including ARW, NEF, CR2, CR3, DNG, and others. From the preview, they can download individual selects rather than pulling the whole package, which is useful when a client only needs hero shots from a larger delivery.

Yes. When setting up a transfer you can restrict access to a specific list of email addresses, so only those recipients can open the download link after verifying their identity. You can also add a password to the transfer as an additional layer of protection. If you want a record of exactly who downloaded what and when, enabling download tracking gives you a per-recipient log in your transfers panel.
