Drop your whole shoot into one transfer

Photographers and videographers work with massive, varied file sets — RAW images, 4K footage, audio, and layered edits spread across carefully organized folders. WeTransfer lets you send all of it in a single transfer, with your folder structure arriving intact on the other end, ready to open.

Send your first transfer

Send everything at once

When a shoot wraps, the last thing you want is to split your deliverables across multiple sends, compress your footage, or ask clients to piece together a folder structure you spent time organizing. WeTransfer lets you drag entire folder hierarchies into one transfer — RAW files, high-resolution JPEGs, MOV and MP4 video, audio recordings, and layered design files all going out through a single download link. Every file arrives in its original format: no re-encoding, no resolution loss, no quality trade-offs, whether you're sending a 4K timeline or a set of uncompressed TIFFs. Your clients and collaborators can preview images, video, and audio directly in the browser before deciding what to download, which is useful when a creative director only needs selects rather than the full delivery. If you want tighter control over who accesses the files, you can lock the transfer with a password or restrict downloads to specific email addresses.

FAQs

All your questions answered.

Yes. WeTransfer handles any file type, so you can mix RAW formats like ARW, NEF, CR2, and DNG with MOV or MP4 video, PSD or layered design files, and audio all in a single transfer. Everything goes out through one download link with no compression or re-encoding applied, so a 4K clip or an uncompressed TIFF arrives on the other end exactly as it left your machine.

Your folder hierarchy travels with the files. If you've organized a delivery into folders by shoot day, camera, or file type, that structure arrives intact for whoever downloads it — no re-sorting needed on their end. Photographers and videographers who work to a consistent naming and folder convention will find the recipient can get straight to work.

No account is required to download. Your client, art director, or post-production team just clicks the download link and gets the files directly in their browser. You need a free WeTransfer account to send, but there's nothing for the recipient to sign up for.

Recipients can preview images, video, and audio directly in the browser without downloading anything first — useful when a client wants to review selects from a shoot before pulling down the full package. Supported formats include JPEG, PNG, TIFF, HEIC, PSD, RAW formats, MP4, MOV, MP3, and WAV. Previewers can also mark favorites and comment on individual files, which makes feedback on a delivery straightforward.

You can add a password to any transfer so only recipients who know it can access the files. For tighter control, you can restrict downloads to a specific list of email addresses — anyone not on the list is blocked, even if they have the link. Both options are available on all plans and can be set before sending or updated from your transfers panel after the fact.
