Send all your construction PDFs in one go

On a construction project, documents pile up fast. Drawings, specifications, schedules, contracts — WeTransfer lets you bundle every PDF into a single transfer and share one link with your team, subcontractors, or clients. Everything arrives together, exactly as you organized it.

Send your first transfer

Send everything at once

Construction projects run on documents, and getting the right PDFs to the right people without delay keeps work moving. Drop your full set of drawings, RFIs, submittals, or closeout packages into WeTransfer at once and send them as a single transfer — no splitting files across multiple emails, no chasing down what arrived and what didn't. If your PDFs are already sorted into folders by discipline, phase, or date, you can upload those folders directly and the structure lands intact on the other end. Recipients can open and preview PDFs right in the browser before downloading, so a project manager or inspector can confirm they have the right revision without pulling down the whole package first. Every file goes through in its original quality, with no changes to the document itself.

FAQs

All your questions answered.

Yes. You can add as many PDF files as you need to a single WeTransfer transfer — architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil sheets all in one go. If your drawings are organized into folders by discipline or issue set, upload the folders directly and recipients receive them with the same structure intact, ready to use without any sorting.

WeTransfer never modifies your files. PDFs arrive on the other end byte-for-byte identical to what you uploaded — no re-compression, no quality loss, no alterations to layers, annotations, or embedded fonts. For construction documents where revision integrity matters, this means what you send is precisely what the contractor, engineer, or owner receives.

Recipients do not need an account to download. Anyone you share the link with can click through and get the files straight away. If you want tighter control over who accesses sensitive contract documents or bid packages, you can add a password to the transfer or restrict access to specific email addresses — both options are available on all plans.

Every transfer generates a unique download link you can share with as many people as you like via chat, email, or your project management platform — there's no cap on how many people can use that link. If you're sending by email directly through WeTransfer, free accounts support up to 10 recipients per transfer and paid plans support up to 50.

Yes. Recipients can open PDFs in the browser to review them before deciding what to download, which is useful when you've sent a large package and someone only needs specific sheets or reports. Comments can also be left on individual files in the preview, so a reviewer can flag a drawing without needing a separate email thread.
