Presentation files grow fast. Embedded fonts, high-res images, video clips, speaker notes — it all adds up. WeTransfer lets you send them straight from your browser, exactly as they are, with no compression and no quality loss. Free accounts support files up to 3 GB, and upgrading to Ultimate removes the size limit entirely.
No file is too big
Sending a presentation through email usually means one of two things: a bounce-back or a file that arrives looking nothing like the original. WeTransfer skips that entirely. Upload your PowerPoint, Keynote, or PDF export and it goes out in its original format, untouched. Every transfer gets a unique download link your recipient can open on any device, no account needed on their end. You can also password-protect the transfer so only your intended audience can access it, which comes in handy when the deck contains sensitive numbers or unreleased work. Need your presentation to stay available for more than three days? Upgrading to Ultimate gives you custom expiry settings, so the link stays live for as long as you need it.
Our features are designed to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, so you can keep what's yours, yours.

All your questions answered.
WeTransfer works with any file type, so you can send PowerPoint files, Keynote presentations, PDF exports, Google Slides exports, or anything else without any conversion. The file arrives exactly as you uploaded it, with no format changes and no quality loss.
Free accounts support transfers up to 3 GB, which covers the vast majority of presentation files. If your deck is packed with embedded 4K video or high-resolution assets and runs larger than that, upgrading to Ultimate removes the size limit entirely.
WeTransfer sends your file exactly as it is — no compression, no re-encoding, nothing altered. Whatever your recipient sees when they open it depends on their software and whether they have the same fonts installed, but WeTransfer plays no part in any of that. The file they download is a byte-for-byte copy of what you uploaded.
On a free account, transfers expire after a maximum of three days. If you need more time — say you're sending a deck ahead of a meeting that's a week away — upgrading to Ultimate lets you set a custom expiry date or keep the transfer available indefinitely.
Yes. You can share the download link with as many people as you like, or send the transfer directly to up to 10 email addresses on a free account. Paid plans raise that limit to 50 recipients per transfer. If you want to limit access to specific people, you can also restrict downloads to a list of approved email addresses.
