Yes. Recipients can preview MP4 and MOV files up to 300 MB directly in the browser without downloading anything first, which is useful when a partner needs to confirm they have the right take or the correct sequence before committing to a large download on a deadline. For files outside the preview window, the unique transfer link gets them to the download in one click, no account required.
You have two options. Adding a password means only recipients who know it can access the transfer, and the password is never included in the notification email, so you share it through a separate channel. Alternatively, restricted access lets you specify exact email addresses that are allowed to download, so even if the link leaks, nobody outside your list can get the files.
