If you share via a download link, there is no recipient limit — you can post it in a group chat, a project brief, or a vendor email thread and everyone with the link can access it. If you prefer to send directly to individual inboxes, email transfers support up to 10 recipients on a free account and up to 50 on paid plans.
You have two options. You can lock the transfer with a password and share that separately with intended recipients, so anyone who intercepts the link still cannot download the file.
