Yes. Recipients can open the transfer link and preview supported image files directly in the browser before downloading anything. This lets a hotel marketing team or agency review a full shoot, mark favorites, and leave comments on individual images, all without downloading a single file first. It keeps feedback loops tight and avoids unnecessary downloads of files that will not be used.
You have two options for controlling access. Adding a password means only recipients who know it can open the transfer, with the password shared separately outside WeTransfer. Restricted access lets you specify a list of email addresses, so the download link is only usable by the people on that list. Both options are available on all plans and can be set before sending or adjusted afterwards from your transfer panel.
Free accounts can send up to 3 GB per transfer with a monthly cap, which covers smaller deliveries but can feel tight when sharing full-resolution shoots across multiple properties or campaigns. WeTransfer Ultimate removes the per-transfer size ceiling entirely, so even the heaviest photo packages go through without issue. Ultimate also adds custom expiry settings so transfers stay active as long as you need them, per-transfer branding to present deliveries professionally to hotel clients, and the ability to recover a transfer after it has expired, up to a year for files under 256 MB.
