A PDF that leaves your machine arrives with the recipient byte-for-byte identical, which matters when you are distributing stamped drawings or reports that must not be modified in transit.
Yes. You can send via a unique download link and share that link with as many people as you need — there is no recipient cap on link transfers. If you prefer email delivery, free accounts support up to 10 recipients per transfer and paid plans support up to 50, so you can reach a full project team, a consultant list, or a client group in one send.
You have two options. Adding a password means only recipients who know it can access the files — the password is never included in the transfer notification, so you share it through a separate channel. Restricted access goes further: you specify a list of email addresses, and anyone opening the link must verify their email before access is granted. Both options are available on all plans.
