Yes. Once you've sent a document through WeTransfer Sign, you can follow its progress in real time and see exactly which recipients have completed their signature and which are still outstanding. WeTransfer Sign provides a Simple Electronic Signature (SES) under EU eIDAS and an electronic signature under the U.S. Federal E-Sign Act. This level of signature is appropriate for the majority of everyday business agreements artists and creators use, including commission contracts, licensing deals, and collaboration terms. For documents requiring a higher level of legal authentication — such as notarised agreements or property transfers — you would need a Qualified Electronic Signature instead.
