Signature transfers stay active for one year and count separately from your regular WeTransfer transfer quota, so using Sign does not affect your sending allowance.
No account is needed on the signer's side. Recipients get an email with a link to the document, verify their identity with a one-time code sent to their email address, and sign directly in their browser. The whole process takes a couple of minutes and works on any device.
WeTransfer Sign provides a Simple Electronic Signature (SES) under EU eIDAS and an electronic signature under the U.S. Federal E-Sign Act.
