RAW formats including ARW, NEF, CR2, CR3, DNG, RAF, and RW2 are supported, as are MP4 and MOV video files, layered PSD and PSB files, and high-resolution TIFFs and HEICs. What you upload is exactly what your client or collaborator downloads.
You have two layers of access control available on all plans. Restricted access lets you tie a transfer to a specific list of verified email addresses, so only those people can download it. Download tracking lets you see a named, timestamped record of every download, so you always know whether a client has picked up a delivery. Both options are enabled per transfer and take effect immediately.
