Data Processing Agreements are available for business plan customers who need them for internal compliance or procurement purposes.
Yes. When sending a transfer, you can enable restricted access so that only email addresses you specify are allowed to download. Each person must verify their email before access is granted, and you receive a notification each time a download takes place. This is useful when sharing policy documents or grant materials with a defined list of stakeholders and you need assurance that the file has not been accessed by anyone outside that group.
When you enable download tracking on a transfer, WeTransfer records who downloaded the files and when, giving you a timestamped record for each recipient.
